I was able to drop off the knives the next business day and they were able to be picked up at the end of the same day. At pickup I was given a verbal update of what was found on the knives and educated on how to care for them to last longer, as well as a detailed invoice of work completed. I was able to conveniently pay via Venmo. The knives are super sharp, and I love how they turned out. It is like they are new.
