I was able to drop off the knives the next business day and they were able to be picked up at the end of the same day. At pickup I was given a verbal update of what was found on the knives and educated on how to care for them to last longer, as well as a detailed invoice of work completed. I was able to conveniently pay via Venmo. The knives are super sharp, and I love how they turned out. It is like they are new. I liked it JR sharpens was located close to me and I have never had same day turn around ever. I got my knives sharpened by JR last December (coming up on a year) and they are STILL sharp, and I use those knives on the daily. When I first got them back from JR they were sharper then when I bought them!! I HIGHLY recommend his service, you won’t regret it! Aside from how well he sharpened my set of knives, he was super prompt and had them back to me wicked fast. He was super kind and I will most definitely be going back. Great gift idea as well!
